Please carefully read our policies prior to ordering. You must be 18 years of age or older to order. If you are under 18, a parent’s signature must accompany the order.
Get Your Life Back is an LLC corporation that strives to provide quality products for dealing with a variety of skin issues.
You acknowledge that we do not diagnose, treat, cure or mitigate the condition of any skin diseases.
Before using any of our products or the King Diet™, it is your responsibility to them for yourself and decide if they are for you; and then you must consult your primary care physician or specialist for his/her approval.

Our office hours are 8:30am – 4:30pm EST Monday through Thursday. If we are on the phone or away from the office, you may leave a message on our secure voice mail system.
We accept Paypal VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, and AMERICAN EXPRESS.
Liability/Disclaimer
All products are offered in good faith but without guarantee. Products are sold without warranty of any kind. Purchasers will, by their own tests and evaluations, determine suitability of such products for their specific use. We assume no liability for damage and/or injury resulting from the use of products supplied by this company. In no event will we be liable for direct, indirect or consequential damages resulting from loss of use or profits arising out of, or in connection with, the use/suitability of products. We cannot make any guarantee that these products will agree with everyone and that there will not be an allergic response. Some supplements may cause detox reactions.
Instructions or tips we offer are from our own personal experiences and that of other users. We cannot guarantee that these will work in your particular circumstances.
UNITED STATES CUSTOMERS
• Orders must be pre-paid with no minimum size order. A flat shipping and handling fee for any size order—large or small. If your order is for one or two items and can be sent first class mail (less than 13 oz) you will receive a partial refund on shipping.
Orders will be shipped USPS.
No pick-up from our facility is available. All orders must be by phone or on-line.
PS expedited shipping options are available (Priority mail, express mail) and UPS. However, you must call the office to make those arrangements for your order.
Orders are processed by 3:30 pm on the next business day they are received.
• We typically ship five days a week.
International Customers
For international orders, you will be invoiced an extra fee for international shipping. We are not responsible for your order once the tracking information has it leaving the borders of the U.S.
We only ship internationally as a courtesy. If you do not receive your international order and tracking confirms it left the US and you place a claim with Paypal and are reimbursed, you will no longer be accepted as a customer.
•Canadian orders will be shipped via USPS.
• Get Your Life Back LLC is not be responsible for any duties, taxes, brokerage fees.
•We will ship orders to Freight Forwarders such as MyUS.com. But once package is received by MyUs.com, Get Your Life Back LLC will no longer be responsible for the package.
You will receive an auto confirmation when the order is placed. Please carefully review this confirmation to make certain all information is correct. We are not responsible for customer error.
We are happy to accept phone orders, but we cannot accept responsibility for phone order errors. For accuracy, we prefer all orders be placed online via our secure shopping cart.
Any damaged or missing item must be reported within 3 days of receiving the order.
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns.
Privacy Policy: Get Your Life Back LLC believes that confidential information should remain confidential. We only use your personal information for the purpose of filling your orders and communicating with you regarding your order. We never sell or share your personal information with other companies.
