Organic Rooibos Tea 3oz

For use only during late stage 1 and all of stage 2 of the King Diet.

High in anti-oxidants. May support lowering of inflammation and help reduce cell toxicity. Has shown to lower LDL, increases HDL. Try with a drop of vanilla, it is heavenly!

Directions: Use 1-1/2 teaspoons of tea leaves for every 8 ounces of boiling water. Let steep for 5-6 minutes.
