Bar and Liquid Soaps
No other bar and liquid soaps are as effective in deep cleaning the skin of debris to keep the skin functioning normally.
Here are five dangerous things you will not find in our bar and liquid soaps:
1. Fragrance
Most soaps contain “fragrance” (or “parfum”) They are synthetic chemicals and many are known carcinogens, endocrine-disruptors, neurotoxins, allergens, and other potentially toxic ingredients absorbed right into your skin!
Our soaps only contain real essential oils.
2. Parabens
Most have “parabens” such as methylparaben, propylparaben, and butylparaben to prevent the growth of bacteria and mold, but, research found that parabens are easily absorbed by the skin and can tend to stay in the body’s tissues and fluids. They actually mimic estrogen, causing the body to react in various ways to the perceived excess of estrogen which may increas the risk of breast and skin cancer.
You will never find any parabens in our soaps.
3. Sulfates
Typical sulfate are Sodium Lauryl Sulfate and Sodium Laureth Sulfate to help produce lather. But they can strip your skin of its natural oils, increase penetration of the skin’s surface, and they are linked to skin, eye, and lung irritations and allergic reactions, including eczematous dermatitis. Additionally, they can combine with other ingredients in the soap and create dangerous nitrosamines.
You will never find these dangerous sulfates in our soaps.
4. 1, 4-dioxane
This dangerous ingredient is not added to soaps but created when soaps containing chemical additives are made.
It is likely carcinogenic and can easily penetrate the skin to cause cause irritations of the eyes and respiratory tract.
You will not find this chemical in our soaps.
5. Formaldehyde / Formaldehyde-Releasing Preservatives
Some manufacturers add these products to prevent microbes from growing. They have been deemed a human carcinogen by the United States National Toxicology Program and The International Agency for Research on Carcinogens. They also are connected to allergic skin reactions and compromise the immune system.
However, instead of adding formaldehyde directly, you may find it disguised as quaternium-15, DMDM hydantoin, imidazolidinyl urea, diazolidinyl urea, polyoxymethylene urea, sodium hydroxymethylglycinate, bronopol and glyoxal.
You will never find anything like this in our soaps. However, you will find Nature's Gift(R) in all of our soaps that also serves as a preservative and inhibits microbes from growing.
